Who we are

RadonFixers (radonfixers.com) is operated by Robert Companies LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. Our mission is to connect homeowners with independent licensed radon contractors. We do not perform radon testing or installs.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone, ZIP code and message.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and operations. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we’ll update this page.
• Form processing. Forms are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit), which processes the submission to send it to us.

How we use it

To answer your message, handle listing changes, connect you with contractors you asked about, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing with contractors

If you request quotes, we share your request (name, contact details, ZIP and project details) with no more than 3 independent licensed contractors in your area. Those contractors are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. Contractors may pay us for referrals.

Phone calls

Some phone numbers on this site may be tracking numbers run by a call-routing partner. Calls to those numbers may be routed to an independent contractor, and may be logged and recorded for quality, billing and dispute purposes. You’ll hear a notice where calls are recorded.

Affiliate links

Some links (for example to test kits or labs) are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The seller may set its own cookies once you leave our site.

We don’t sell your data

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from sharing a request with the contractors you asked us to contact, and service providers who help us run the site, we share data only when required by law.

Contractor listings

Contractor names, license numbers, business addresses and phone numbers come from public state licensing records. Any listed contractor can ask us to remove or correct a listing through our removal request page.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages and referral records for up to 24 months, unless we need them longer for legal, billing or dispute reasons, then delete them.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving contact from us, by using our contact form. Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may have additional rights; we’ll honor valid requests within 45 days.

Scope

RadonFixers is a US service run from Texas and intended for US residents.

Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
